Make a Day of Fall at The Country Barn: Pumpkin Extravaganza September 25 & 26

Fall is one of the best times of year to visit The Country Barn, and this September they’re giving you even more reasons to stop by. The Fall Pumpkin Extravaganza returns Friday, September 25 and Saturday, September 26, with seasonal treats, family activities, fall décor, special savings, and plenty of pumpkins.

Visitors can sample a lineup of homemade fall favorites, including pumpkin cookies, pumpkin cake rolls, hot apple cider and apple dips, along with free samples of the new Cinnamon Hazelnut Coffee. It’s an easy excuse to grab a hot or iced coffee from the Country Boy Café and enjoy something sweet while you shop.

The event is also designed with families in mind. Kids can fill a bag with mini pumpkins for just $6, and everyone can take part in the pumpkin-themed contests. Guess the weight of a pumpkin for a chance to win, or enter the pumpkin stack contest. There will also be plenty of opportunities to pick up pumpkins, mums and fall décor for your porch, patio or home.

If you’ve been thinking about working on the landscape, this is also a good weekend to shop. During the event, customers can save 10% on mums, pumpkins and fall décor, along with additional discounts throughout the nursery, including savings on trees, flowering shrubs, evergreens, perennials, fruit trees and other select nursery items. Fall planters, corn stalks, fresh-picked apples and seasonal outdoor décor will also be part of the weekend.

The Fall Pumpkin Extravaganza takes place at The Country Barn Garden & Farm Market, 112 Britmart Road in Fairview. Hours are Friday, September 25 from 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 26 from 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
