Everything You Need for Fall Decorating

October is prime time for decorating porches, patios, entrances and outdoor gathering spaces.

The Country Barn has a variety of pumpkins, fall planters and seasonal décor, along with:

  • Large straw bales
  • Decorative straw bales
  • Cornstalks
  • Decorative and Indian corn
  • Mums and other seasonal plants
  • Pumpkins in different colors, shapes and sizes
  • Fall planters and other seasonal accents

Try combining pumpkins of different sizes and colors with mums or pansies. Add a straw bale or cornstalks for height and texture, or use smaller pumpkins and decorative corn around a doorway, porch or outdoor table.

More Events Are Coming

Autumn Harvest isn’t the only event on the calendar. The Country Barn has additional events planned as fall transitions into the holiday season.

Watch for information about:

Houseplant Sale

Houseplant lovers will want to watch for details about an upcoming Houseplant Sale, especially with a fresh shipment of plants arriving for fall.

Holiday Open House

The Country Barn’s Holiday Open House will help mark the transition from fall into the Christmas season with holiday merchandise, plants, decorating inspiration and more.

Holiday Gathering

A Holiday Gathering is also planned as the holiday season approaches.

Event dates, times, activities and other details may change or be added, so check the Events section at countrybarn.net, watch the Country Barn app, call the store or ask the Garden Guide for the latest information.

New Houseplants Have Arrived

Outdoor gardening may be slowing down, but indoor gardening is just getting started.

The Country Barn has a new houseplant order featuring:

  • Hoya
  • Alocasia
  • Monstera
  • Syngonium
  • Calathea
  • And more

Whether you’re looking for dramatic foliage, something unusual to add to your collection or simply a little more green inside as the seasons change, stop in and see what’s new.

Because plant inventory changes, contact The Country Barn if you’re looking for a particular plant or variety.

October at the Country Boy Café

There are some new seasonal flavors to enjoy at the Country Boy Café this month, too.

Look for local apple cider while supplies last, along with seasonal donut flavors:

  • Brown Sugar Maple
  • Powdered Lemon
  • S’more

Coffee lovers have something new to try as well. Fresh-made cold foam made with local cream can be added to coffee for $1.00.

And remember the special café offers during the October 16 Autumn Harvest Sip & Save Event, including the S’mores Mocha, homemade apple crisp, homemade pumpkin pie and 50% off pizza from 7:00–8:00 p.m.

Thank You for a Great Pumpkin Extravaganza!

A special thank-you goes out to everyone who joined The Country Barn for this year’s Pumpkin Extravaganza.
